How does one go about it?

All we need are your text, photographs (if necessary), illustrations (if necessary), and your ideas. We prefer your text on computer disk in any format or platform. You may email your text, when ready. Fill out our Price Request Form for an estimate or quotation. Or you may call us at 802-345-3804. We are interested in your ideas, interests, and reasons for publishing.

If you want to sell your books through book or retail stores, you must obtain an ISBN (International Standard Book Number). This number is embedded into your barcode on the back of the book. You may obtain your ISBN directly from the United States ISBN Agency by clicking on this link.
You must purchase a minimum of 10 numbers, enabling you to publish 10 books or calendars as a publisher.
We will obtain your ISBN’s for you, if you wish, and create your barcode for a fee of $300.
If you are distributing your books privately, you do not need an ISBN or barcode.

Also, you must send two copies of your book to the Library of Congress within 6 months of publication. You may obtain the forms and more information at the Library of Congress Copyright Office by clicking on this link.
If you choose Five Corners to prepare your book, we will prepare the form for you and guide you through the process.
